A couple weeks ago I helped Curtis as his second shooter at the wedding of Jill and Chad. They were such a cute couple, and were excited, sweet, and so warm and welcoming. Jill was so excited about having all the sweet photos taken of them, it was really cute and also made it so much fun to be around her and photographing her. Chad was a little shy and, from the speeches and from spending the day with him, I know he doesn’t talk too much, but when he really smiled his smile was so big and so adorable and it made me happy seeing him happy, and I don’t even know him!
Jill and Chad chose to see each other before the ceremony, so we had about three hours for photos before the wedding even began. We first went to the Exchange District, which is so incredibly cool and beautiful, and filled with so many old brick buildings and tunnels and graffiti and character, I love it there! And then we went to The Forks and took some fun outside photos and then more inside the Forks Market. It was a really, really hot day, but Jill and Chad and their whole wedding party were really good sports, even the little eight-year-old groomsman!
Here are a few detail photos of the day – thank you so much to Jill and Chad for allowing me to share their day!! And thank you also to Curtis, who is so amazing, giving, inspiring and is teaching me so much! You can see many more photos of Jill & Chad’s special day on Curtis’s blog, as well as a link to a slideshow of photos!
