A little while ago I photographed Milan and eight of her friends for Milan’s birthday (which was actually earlier, but they were celebrating it after school began). Milan’s mom, Dea, is a freelance makeup artist, so she did the makeup for all the girls and then we headed out to the Exchange District for a fun model-type shoot! We took a lot of group shots and I also took each girl off by herself for some individual portraits. It was such a fun day, and the girls were all so beautiful and full of energy, and there are so many great shots! I’m almost done with all the photos but still need to do some choosing, but I wanted to post some photos so here’s a sampling of the various group shots. I’ll post some of the individual shots in a couple days.
I’m second shooting at a wedding with Curtis tomorrow (today) in Gimli, I’m excited to see all these areas that I’ve never been! And hopefully the rain holds off a little!! 
This was the scene when I came back with one of the girls, and they spotted me pointing my camera!
