Sydney & Luke :: Family Fun!

Meet Sydney and Luke and their mom and dad, Tarya and Brent! Sydney just turned 4 and Luke just turned 2 and they were so much fun, had so much fabulous energy and I loved chasing them around with my camera!! And I especially loved that Sydney asked if I could stay and play after I was done taking photos!! It was such a nice day outside so we went first in their backyard, and they have THE COOLEST wooden house that their grandpa built for them (I took a photo of it so Jody can build one someday for our children!!), and they had a slide and lots of fun toys that they showed me. And then we went out front to explore out there and try for some nice family photos – and tried bribery with gummy worms. Then Sydney got to open up the sidewalk chalk and little Luke put some on his nose which was so cute (and Sydney put some on her nose then, too!), and then they looked for ladybugs in the bushes. At the end Sydney took me upstairs to see their rooms and then down in the basement to see their playroom and toys. They were really so fun to be around and so cute! And I loved chatting with Tarya and Brent, too – they’re both lawyers (but Tarya isn’t really practicing so we had lots to talk about!)!
