This is the first post of Marnie and Kyle’s wedding! There are so many photos I love so I’ve decided to break up the day into two or three posts, that way I can feature more photos!
Marnie and Kyle got married this past Saturday, May 30, and it was such a wonderful day!! The sun was shining all day, the temperature was perfect, and there was so much love and laughter and joy throughout the entire day! We started the day off early at the salon where Marnie and her bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done – I love the getting ready process and how it’s relaxed but yet with the anticipation of the day, and there were so many funny moments and conversations and fun! And Marnie’s hair and makeup were soooooo incredibly beautiful and perfect!!!
Next we went back to Marnie’s parents’ (Harold and Margaret) house for some fabulous detail shots and getting Marnie in her dress – and it was the most beautiful dress, I loved it so so so much! I absolutely adore Harold and Margaret, they’re so cute and sweet and funny, and I also loved how emotional they were when they saw Marnie in her dress (and throughout the day)! Then we went out in their amazing backyard for some shots of Marnie by herself and with her girls, and the lighting and the beautiful background were sooooo wonderful, and Marnie looked so incredibly beautiful!!! I popped over to Marnie and Kyle’s house really quickly for some shots of Kyle and the guys, and then ran back to Harold and Margaret’s and we all headed out to the church! Harold drove Marnie and Margaret in his amazing old Road Runner (it’s all original, too!), it was so beautiful seeing them drive off in such a gorgeous and classy old car, and we even saw them driving down Portage and stopped next to them at a stop light!
I’ll stop the story there and continue it in the next post. I’ll touch on all this more in the next post as well, but I want to thank Kyle and Marnie for being so wonderful and so so so fun to be around and work with, and I want to thank Amber for second shooting for me and being so wonderful, helpful and fun throughout the whole day, and I want to thank Chris Laramee of Media Xpozure for being the most awesome videographer ever and so much fun to work with and hang out with through the whole day!

The flowers from Top Hat Florist were all so beautiful!! Kyle’s mom, Florence, works there part time and she was so funny at the reception giving them plugs and lots of free advertising!!! I can’t find a website for them so if anyone has one let me know and I’ll link to them.

I so love the reactions of parents to seeing their daughters for the first time in their wedding dress!!
