I’ve been feeling a little under the weather lately so am so happy to finally be getting Janet & Adam’s photos blogged!
I love hearing people’s love stories, how they met and fell in love! Adam and Janet met a few years ago while working together at MTS (we heard a few funny details from Adam’s brother during the speeches!)! Janet caught Adam’s eye right away, and she soon fell in love with him as well! Janet still works at MTS, and Adam is now becoming quite the entrepreneur – he owns a Dairy Queen franchise, and also a pizza restaurant, the Pizza Oven in the Norvilla Hotel. And I can tell that’s just the beginning for him!
Jody and I had such a wonderful time photographing their beautiful wedding!! Janet and Adam were so sweet and fun and in love, Janet was so beautiful and her dress was amazing, and their family and friends were so much fun all day long!!! I started the day out with Janet for the fun hair and makeup, I love the wonderful excitement and anticipation in the morning!! Jody started out with Adam and the guys, they were all looking quite dapper, especially with their flasks! I loved when Janet put on her dress and came downstairs, her dad was SO sweet as he teared up while watching his little girl, and all Janet’s bridesmaids were watching with huge smiles on their faces as Janet’s mom got her all laced up. Soon after that, Janet and Adam had their First Look out on the back deck, and I loved Adam’s reaction at seeing his beautiful bride for the first time!!
We had fun taking photos at the Hamilton Building, outside the Legislature, and at the train station, and then it was off to St. Luke’s Anglican Church to get married!!! There’s some very cool history with this church, I believe Adam’s parents were married there as well, and Adam was baptized there, how cool is that! Jody and I had to stay in the back of the church for most of the ceremony, but we had some fun playing with the tilt-shift lens I rented, and the church itself was so incredibly gorgeous so made for some very beautiful wide shots! Then it was off to the Norwood Hotel for the wonderful reception filled with great food, funny and touching speeches, and lots of fun dancing!
Thank you so much to Janet, Adam, and all your family and friends. You’re both wonderful and so loved, and your day was filled with so much fun and love throughout! I’m so happy for you both as you start this new chapter in your lives!!!

Hair and makeup all done, and Janet was looking gorgeous already!!

The dress needed a little quick steaming before Janet could put it on!

I love dads, especially when you can see the love they feel written all over their faces.

Adam & Janet’s First Look at each other, so sweet!

This one feels so timeless to me, I love it!

Thanks you again, Janet and Adam, and congratulations!!!
