Noah’s 2nd Birthday Party!

Little Noah turned two recently and had a fabulous birthday party with family and friends! I had a fun time chasing Noah all around and taking lots of photos – he’s 100% little boy and is already loving every sport and kicking balls (or balloons), guarding the net and playing with hockey sticks! And there was a fun Elmo pinata, hockey-themed birthday cake, cheeseburgers (Noah’s favorite!), and lots of wonderfully cool birthday presents! Thank you so much to Tamara, Darren and Noah for being so wonderful, and I’m so happy for you all, too (they’re expecting a little brother or sister for Noah at the end of the year!!!)!

Little Noah

I’m very late in posting these photos and I’m so sorry! Meet little Noah, who was 17 months old in these photos. He was so all little boy, running all over, playing with all his toys, throwing toys for their adorable little dog, and again running all over – I have so many blurry action shots of him that it made me laugh! He was also so incredibly adorable and I love all his many expressions, and he was so sweet and gave his mum and dad a few hugs in the middle of his active playing. Also, the cutest thing – his favorite thing is toast! He got so excited at even the mention of it and then he got to show me how he knew exactly what to do to make it! I had a great time hanging out with you all and Noah was so fun to run after and photograph! A number of my favorite photos from the day are below!

I’ll be posting a bunch more in the next couple days – I’ll have little baby Gabrielle’s photos up tomorrow, and photos of the Fletcher family up soon after that!

Meet Noah (almost six years old) and little Lauryn (three years old), and their parents Leanne and Mike! I went to their house a little while ago for some photos, and then we went to a park for a few outdoor photos as well. They live in a wonderful new home that had wonderful huge windows so we had lots of beautiful natural light to work with!

Noah and Lauryn greeted me as soon as I came in and started showing me things right away, they weren’t shy at all!! They have a great play area, and Noah loves to draw (he even drew a picture of me and my camera!) and he has a big table for that, and he also showed me a few of his little cars, who all had nice parking places between pens and crayons – it was so cute how organized he was! And Lauryn was so cute playing with the handcuffs from Noah’s halloween costume, and then with her little stuffed panda, who she cradled and fed with a little bottle. Lauryn’s eyes are so amazing, so big and bright and blue – I love all the photos of her just for her eyes alone!

After many photos at the home, we all dressed up for the cold and went to a nearby park. Lauryn got cold pretty fast but she looked adorable even when she was crying with her little bottom lip out! And Noah was such a great little poser and playing for the camera, it was so fun! I love the photos of the whole family walking hand-in-hand so much, too!
